These songs and videos topped Billboard Reggae chart for sixteen weeks and feature (among other amazing artists) Mix Master Mike of The Beastie Boys. The Dubplates (co-founded and fronted by Brady Waggoner) naturally gets a ton of Brady's creative attention. In our world of professionals who make things for a living it's common to see this type of work on a professional's personal portfolio site. HOOKers don't work that way. If we make something awesome we show it to the world right along side our client work. The song There You Go was written and composed by Brady. He played the guitar, bass, drums, keyboards on the tune. He sings and raps on it. Mix Master Mike recorded his parts live with the band at an Art show in Charleston and Brady remixed Mike's performance into the track. Brady hand illustrated all the robots in the video and (together with his kids) animated them into the video.

The Dubplates Reggae Riddim Band was created as an evolution of effortlessly merge the musical styles of blues, afrobeat, hip hop, rocksteady, dub, dancehall and ska. No matter what style they touch, it is recorded and performed with relentless attention to the traditions and innovations of the originators. Born from a Dancehall Reggae Soundsystem and raised on everything from The Clash to Lee Perry to RUN DMC to King Yellowman, The Dubplates craft and present their songs with the same reverence that a priests holds the Bible.
